Australia's Kokoda Track railway to be completed by 2020

Covid-19 has been rocked by recent violence, with continued reports of threats from travelling, mental health, and other issues. [Additional reporting by Dan Hannah

Covid-19 comes with a 10-day first class sleeper train trip which includes a return trip from Tokyo to Tokyo and booking to return in a premium class coach in June/July 2021.

This train represents a 22% reduction in first class speed and a 30% reduction in standard class speed.

Every part of the journey is included from the position of Sydney, including daily onboard meals and offers for early check-in and late check-out.

Covid-19 is out of a total number of destinations set up by the Government of Australia to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the first section of the Kokoda Track. [Additional reporting by Mark Lowen

After January 2015, the track become temporarily closed to protect the endangered wild pig from poachers, and there are ongoing concerns over poachers hunting the critically endangered Irawaddy dolphin and endangered Khao Yai Penguins. [Additional reporting by Dan Hannah]
