F1 legend Michael Schumacher to continue with 2018 solo comeback

This year marks the 10th anniversary of the Miami Formula 1 Grand Prix, which has gone from a small, local race held in November with only 4,000 spectators to a major event that attracts 50,000 people and attracts international attention. While the race is held in December, an announcement about a Formula 1-style Grand Prix in 2019 is expected by early next year. The 2019 Miami race will include a street course that will connect the Downtown Miami neighborhood with the beach.

Due to the success of the series over the past decade, the Miami Grand Prix joins a list of Formula 1 races that has grown to include L.A., Atlanta, Abu Dhabi, Singapore, New York, Shanghai, Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Monza, and Shanghai.

Organizers are expected to announce the location of Miami’s 2019 F1 race in early 2019.
